Head Of Platforms & Cyber Security
HVCCC, an organisation which oversees the world's largest coal export operation coordinating the complex logistics of moving 180 million tonnes of coal from more than 41 mines owned by 11 producers to load more than 20,000 trains and 2,000 vessels per year. Reporting to the CIO, Paul is responsible for leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategy, frameworks, policies and guidelines ensuring that the organisation successfully manages its compliance, legal and regulatory obligations as well as is able to withstand and recover from cyberattacks. Also responsible for the day-to-day operations and delivery of ICT and cybersecurity services across cloud and end user compute platforms.Working closely with business stakeholders, the executive team, technical staff and Managed Service Providers (MSP's) to drive the transformation, modernisation and continuous improvement of core IT capabilities covering service desk, infrastructure, cloud, networks, IT procurement and end user compute and cybersecurity. As a member of the Business Services leadership team, Paul is an key contributor to the development and execution of both the Digital and Business strategies.
