- Participation in the EU-funded ASHVIN project in work package 2, which deals with the use of existing data of pedestrian bridges to support the design process of new bridges.- Computer-aided investigation of the applicability of HP shells made of CFRP prestressed concrete for use as a resource-saving slab system.- Supervision of the course “Applied Finite Element Method”, which includes an introduction to the FE software Sofistik including the interfaces to rhino and grasshopper.

Assistance in the architectural design of the following projects:- New Stadtgraben Bridge, Lübeck- Replacement of the Bettrather Bridge, Mönchengladbach- Design of the A1 between Hamburg Harburg and the triangle Hamburg southeast- Replacement of the Norderelbbrücke as part of the A1 motorway- Replacement of the Marktbreit viaduct as part of the A7 motorway
