Paul Messner is a Physiotherapist at Toronto Physiotherapy. Colleagues describe him as "Paul is an outstanding physiotherapist. I first met him when he was assigned to me and I am very happy he was. He didn’t assume anything based on what I or my Doctor said, he did his own assessment which allowed him to fully understand what was wrong before he determined how to treat my injury. He didn’t rely on machines, ultrasound / shock wave, maybe that’s effective for other injuries, but that was the first thing another physiotherapist did to me which didn’t help and led me to Paul. Paul’s combination of muscle manipulation/massaging and exercises were very effective. His understanding of my progress also allowed him to give me exercises that appropriately advanced in difficulty and effectiveness, and helped keep me engaged in the process because it wasn’t the same thing for weeks on end. Paul will be my first call if I need physio again and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help."
