Mr. Meyer is the Vice President of the Systems Engineering Business Group for Augustine Consulting, Inc. (ACI), an engineering services provider and is responsible for all operational aspects, including profit and loss within the Systems Engineering Business Group.In support of Product Manager Ground Soldier Systems, Mr. Meyer is the technical director and lead engineer for the Nett Warrior Software Integration Lab and is responsible for software design, development, integration, testing and production of the Nett Warrior systems to include cost, schedule and performance compliance.Previously, Mr. Meyer served as the Chief Engineer for Product Manager Land Warrior where he specialized in the development and employment of technologies for the dismounted soldier through intense and diversified knowledge in the areas of software, systems engineering, and C4ISR architectures. Mr. Meyer was responsible for coordinating and leading all engineering activities on the Land Warrior program and serving as chief technical advisor to Product Manager Land Warrior which resulted in the successful fielding and combat deployment of over 250 Land Warrior systems to 4-9INF Regiment in Ft. Lewis, WA and combat operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom.Mr. Meyer served as a US Army Signal Corps officer from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Meyer served as Project Lead and Senior Systems Engineer in the development and execution of the Army's plan to transition networks from current (IPv4) to future (IPv6) protocols while maintaining detailed knowledge of current and emerging Army Communications Systems.

Mr. Meyer served as project leader and provided software engineering, technical and management consultation on the Land Warrior project to CECOM SEC and PM Soldier Electronics, which resulted in the successful delivery of the Land Warrior V1.0 system to Government Developmental Testing. Served as the PM Soldier Electronics’ subject matter expert (SME) on Land Warrior software development while monitoring developing contractor’s progress, as well as coordinating test and support activities. Served as the PM Soldier Electronics’ SME on the Land Warrior Mission Data Support (MDS) computer. Responsible for the development of system and software requirements, monitoring developing contractor’s progress, and providing guidance on operational employment of the MDS system which resulted in the successful development of the MDS system and inclusion in both the Land Warrior program as well as its hand-held version (Commander’s Digital Assistant). Served as the PM Soldier Electronics’ SME on Land Warrior software development processes and methodologies. Successfully transitioned the LW software developer's process to CMM Level 2 with the eventual goal of migrating to CMM Level 3 and worked with the LW developer to extend the software processes to the system integration phase of the effort.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of operations, marketing, sales and information technology departments. Directed new business development including use of broker network, trade shows, advertising and training of sales/marketing personnel.
