- Implemented a group wide funds transfer pricing platform to drive more automated and optimised product pricing, and better allocation of scarce balance sheet resources across Retail and Commercial business units- Enhanced remit to include Interest Rate Risk on the Banking Book (IRRBB) to drive synergies across the transformation of all balance sheet management capabilities. Built out enterprise solutions including vendor components, complex data sourcing, integration layers and in house build- Accountable for leading a combined business change and technology team across multiple geographies. Successfully transitioned to a fit for purpose agile way of working following many years of traditional approaches

- Implemented Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) frameworks and pricing methodologies across Retail, Commercial and Investment banking businesses- Led several of Group wide balance sheet analysis and stress testing exercises in response to regulatory asks, including ALCO and other senior governance forum decision support- Accountable for the FTP aspects relating to the disposal of Barclays’ Western European business, including re-pricing of funding and inter company transactions

- Transferred to Singapore to lead teams across several Asian markets, supporting pre and post sales of investor products to Private banks, Wealth advisors and funds- Business lead for the transformation and technology agenda aimed at streamlining product issuing and customer facing processes/technology. Significant client issues addressed enabling growth in sales and increased experience

- Defined and secured funding for a programme to re-engineer the Structured Products process and technology landscape- Played a key role in integrating Barclays and Lehman Brothers’ Commodities operations teams following the acquisition by Barclays

- Learnt the “hands on” basics in a dynamic Middle Office team, supporting the Commodities Hybrids and Exotics trading and structuring desk
