Directing and managing all the technical services aspects of the company - Design & Engineering Services, Tendering & Procurement Services, and Construction and project management Services. Supporting management in initiating and securing business deals in line with overall strategic direction and business plan.Key Activities include :• Developing the technical services function's strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with overall strategies and directions.• Developing ,policies, processes, approaches, and tools for the technical services function, maintaining efficient operational practices and enhancing control standards within the function in line with strategic direction and objectives.• Directing the implementation of the strategic initiatives and objectives..• Directing and managing the provision of design and engineering and technical support to all functions throughout the life cycle of each project (i.e. Feasibility Studies, Project Financing, Market Research, Tendering & Procurement Services, Construction & Technical Services, Project Management functions, etc.• Managing all activities related to the contracting and procurements services including the formation of tendering committee, development of RFI/RFQ/RFP documentation, classification of bidders and analysis and review of quotations/proposals.
