Manages all retail activities associated with third party events including merchandise inventory, reconciliation and payments. Events include concerts, college football, WWE, X-Games, and SuperBowl. Responsible for all staffing and operational related tasks.

Coordinate onsite merchandise sales for Maingate, Inc. clients including WWE WrestleMania, State Fair of Texas, National Hot Rod Association, Barrett-Jackson, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Direct set-up of the necessary equipment to service the event. Manage, balance and deposit all revenue generated from the event, establish inventory control measures, and hire and manage support staff to assure maximization of sales at events.

Responsible for all production aspects for Susan G Komen Race for the Cure - North Central Alabama including venue management, inventory, vendors, staging, sound, fencing, tents, and power. Manage budget, vendor RFP process, invoicing and act as liaison between event and vendor. Other duties include hiring and management of build crew, creation of build guide and venue maps.

Responsible for on-site activation of State Farm Fan Experience sponsorships at major venues (NCAA Final Four, Bass Masters Classic, US Snowboarding Championships, etc

In-market manager for promotions in Northern New Jersey market, including hiring and management of merchandiser staff, contracting venues, and weekly scheduling for event execution.

On site execution of national tours including Got Milk? Milk Rules Road Trip, NCAA Final Four Mountain Dew Zone, and Pringles Casting Call tours. Event operations, including pre-planning, budgeting, and execution. Management of vehicle fleet, including compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Responsible for equipment, inventory, and warehouse operations.
