Project Lead for an exciting £multi million project developing and installing a brand new production line.

Management of the Corby 1 plant, manufacturing of extruded Weetabix products, such as Weetos, Protein Crunch and Crunchy Bran, along with private label finished goods• Full responsibility and accountability for the Manufacturing process from incoming material through to finished goods• Implementation of the business unit strategy driving results in both performances and practices.• Demonstrated deliverance of providing leadership and direction to the manufacturing team and achievement of objectives through coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement (PTP) deployment• Development of, and full accountability for factory KPI’s across a balanced scorecard including Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery and Morale• Deployment of company policies and responsibility for ensuring that the factory remains compliant with health & safety, legal, environmental, and human resources regulations, policies and procedures.• Development of continuous improvement programme, through operator engagement and enablement, driving demonstrated results across all of the scorecard measures (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery and Morale)

Secondment RoleResponsibility for the deployment of Microsoft AX into the Manufacturing plants across Weetabix UK.Leading a team of 15 technical operators, implemented AX through training, coaching and up skilling of around 800 manufacturing employees across three sites, and eight plants.Demonstrated use of Change Management techniques to successfully deliver AX into the business.
