Owners representative for construction of a 1,100' long x 50' wide pedestrian and bicycle bridge that will improve mobility, safety, and accessibility in the Overlake neighborhood by providing a new east-west trail connection across SR 520 for pedestrians and bicyclists. This project is a public-private partnership. Microsoft is funding the design and construction of the bridge, which will be owned by the City of Redmond after completion. Managed a team of 14 construction engineers and inspectors providing construction management and inspection services for the Bellevue Utility Department's $30M capital improvement program and utility inspection services (water, sewer, storm) for private development projects.

Assistant Public Works Director responsible for 4 divisions with approximately 70 staff providing utility engineering, project management, construction management and inspection, traffic operations, solid waste, environmental services. As City Engineer responsible for engineering standards, formal approvals, and technical decisions for public and private projects. Also served as the City's Project Director for two Sound Transit Light Rail projects valued at $1.3B.
