With over 20 years experience in complex multi-national organisations, I am an energetic and adaptive finance executive who has advanced problem solving skills and significant experience in providing meaningful performance reporting, planning and business insights to senior management. I have led significant change projects, particularly in relation to KPI and reporting transformation and capable of successfully partnering with the business to drive commercial outcomes. Most recently, I have lead a Group project enabling a 30% reduction in resource effort across finance, which involved assessing opportunities, impacts and best ways of implementing this change. A significant challenge was finding win/win options for all divisions.
