I was involved in a huge project here. My main objective was working with a team of 10 and new billing manager to improve processes / procedures to add value and increase cash flow. I was assisting with problematic back billing with trouble shooting teams and setting up E-Billing portals as well as controlling complex purchase orders, query resolving and heavy vlookup work. Early results indicated all has improved already and company targets have not only been met but records have been broken. This was a temporary role only.

Supporting a team of seven based in Poland with the execution of the Finance Billing processes and procedures, including the completion of new client set ups, vendor forms and Purchase Order management. Responsible for timely, accurate and complete processing / raising of invoices globally, including high volumes of various e-billing / uploading to web portals (over £60 million per month across over 30 countries). This required close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve issues / queries as well as meeting Service Level Agreements / KPI's. Included WIP and Media billing also. Working as a member of a flexible Credit Control / Sales Ledger team with responsibility for the day to day management and coaching of the Finance Billing Team and Administrators, initially in the UK, then Poland. Heavily involved in all projects / business process improvements. Improving cash flow where possible.
