Paul has 30 years of professional experience in water resources engineering and watershed management in the United States and overseas. He is also an FAA certified remote (drone) pilot. Paul has been working with stormwater in southwest Florida for over 20 years with coastal communities from Miami to the Florida Panhandle, and particularly from Charlotte County to Pasco County. He spent 7 years in New Zealand working in a similar capacity. Presently, he is responsible for the delivery of watershed planning, surface water quality improvement, drainage, and asset management projects. He is also involved with sustainability and resilience planning projects, including sea level rise vulnerability assessments. He has completed many stormwater and flood mitigation projects over the years. His credentials also include flood modelling and mapping, stormwater management and wetland rehabilitation design.
