I have learned from prior and current jobs what it means to lead. Whether it is leading a group my age or those older than me; I strive to lead by example. A leader is not someone assigned but rather someone who works for it. I believe I have that capability.I do not simply glide to the finish line but rather race for it. Whether it is by trial and error or rigorous study, I will continue to try my best.I am only human, so even if I don't have the experience yet in my desired field; I will continue to pursue it in hopes that I may have an opportunity as I will be sure not to waste it.
