Pursued $600M Harris addressable market. Responsible for developing the Harris AN/PRC152A & 117G Falcon ground-based radios into fully certified wideband airborne radio products. Fulfilled product manager role for SSDL and HAMR products.Capture Manager: Assigned here to capture a market and grow revenue. Successfully completed. In charge of a long-term campaign to develop and sell the “MAQA” 3.8m quad-band tactical SATCOM terminal into a $50M market. Worked as IRAD development lead all the way through product launch and DISA/ARSTRAT certification. Drove out the unit cost by 38% to beat Price-to-Win goals. Managed >$25M in development each year with an excellent EVMS Cost Index of 1.02 for the entire 3 years. Grew Harris scope by 25% during tenure.
