Launched in 2008 UBank has grown from a simple deposit bank to Australia's 9th largest full service digital retail bank.Paul built the in house digital team, bringing in house, design and development functions while establishing the link between marketing, technology and digital. He had carriage over delivering new and enhanced digital solutions to market to continue to grow UBank and deliver value to its clients. Central to this, was instilling a new agile way of working across everything we did, underpinning an iterative model to deliver great products.Paul transformed the digital team in UBank, launching a new website to revamp the external look and feel, developed new native Apps for customer servicing, brought to life a new mobile first origination process and established the product "UrHome" to help the customer journey.Paul worked extensively with the NAB Digital teams and helped them form the innovation lab in 2014/15.

As a key part of the global software giant Oracle, Paul was within the Financial Services Global Business Unit.Paul played a leading role in developing and shaping the leading global digital banking solution - Oracle Banking Platform to enable delivery to digital only banks (e.g. UBank), leading retail banks and extending into business banking.

Specialising in Financial Services consulting, this spanned strategy, process improvement, through to Digital delivery.This included leading Financial Services organisations including Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, AMP Capital, NAB (UBank), Perpetual and ANZ.The scope of work included:- Strategy and Mgt for re-platforming and launch of savings products at Digital Bank UBank- Transformation Program at leading Investment house- Digital transformation at leading Bank- Digital strategy at Agri Business Bank - Leading digital Securitisation offering into multiple Banks

Offering a bill payment solution, credit card, life insurance and leading edge digital reverse auction solution "BidMyLoan".Paul was GM for IT and Operations including being responsible for re-platforming the organisation, developing innovative solutions to market (online life insurance and leading edge reverse auction site "BidMyLoan") and running the call centre and operations units.

Leading Digital strategy and delivery company.Paul led complex transformation programs including running the successful Credit Risk Program for Basel II at Commonwealth Bank.

Leading edge Retail and Business Bank.Paul played a key role in the operations business to deliver continuous improvement.

Working in the consulting business, first for Coopers and Lybrand and then PwC, Paul led a team to develop e-commerce solutions for industry based multi-nationals including Retail, Utilities, Indirect and establishing a joint venture with Oracle.
