Engaged on a short term contract to review the ERP implementation at Inframax. As part of the review I established the route cause to the current problems post go live of the system, access the capability of the business to manage the change and set out recommendations to the CEO.

Process lead in a £300m Global Finance Transformation program which includes implementation of Oracle Fusion. Area of focus was the development of the fixed assets and project module, control environment within this area, review of the people capability framework and development of the future state organisation.
