Manage and direct a staff of 8 in Accounting, Property, Payroll, and Purchasing departments. Manage organizational budget operations and monitor compliance with spending policies and procedures. Accomplishments included:- Compiled audit documentation for auditors and prepared comprehensive quarterly and year-end audit schedules to provide support and ensure compliance with accounting deadlines. - Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and various management reports for the Financial Oversight Committee, Board of Directors, and Senior Pastor.- Evaluated, re-designed, and implemented new payroll system to increase productivity and reduce expenses.
