Establish, develop, manage and build the Structural Engineering Group in GHD's Sunshine Coast Office.Responsibilities included business development, client relationships, preparation and submission of fee proposals, project planning and management, design and documentation, contract administration and Superintendence.Responsible for managing the Structural Group workloads and personnel, including recruiting, staff reviews, training and mentoring.
