• Handle Management of stewarding department in absence of the Chief Steward.• Budgeting for stewarding department.• Check the outgoing and incoming equipments.• Making store Requisition for necessary equipments on stewarding department.• Making monthly Inventory for all equipments (kitchen And Service).• Organize the trainings for staff about hygiene and safety chemical handling.• To advise supervisors about staffing and scheduling.• Monitors and record keeper of all cleaning and temperatures check list in the kitchens.• Ensures that all operating equipment is always at par and ready for use at all times.• Controls and monitors all cleaning supplies and chemicals based on budget requirements and proper handling.• Make requisition for Maintenance to damaged equipments in the kitchens.• Maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation of the back of the house base on HACCP Standard.• Responsible in making Loss and Breakages Report and Retrieved Items Report in a weekly basis.• Conduct review (PDR) for the stewarding team
