    I led, supported and motivated a team of 7 staff. 2 managers and 5 senior fundraisers;I am the fundraising lead in a cross-team - Planning and Integration Project Group - responsible for moving Brooke to a supporter engagement model and to work collaboratively in planning, creating and managing audience-focused supporter journeys (on and offline)I instigated a regional fundraising model at Brooke to establish networks of volunteer support in 4 regions around the UK. As a result we have tripled the number of highly engaged volunteer groups and individualsI set legacy KPIs for all 4 regional staff to increase the number of enquires and pledges Brooke receives. From 2018 – 2020 Brooke received 47 legacy notifications totaling £2.49m from community fundraisersI revolutionised Corporate Fundraising, developed the strategy, gained backing from the Trustees, set clear goals and managed the Corporate Partnerships Manager. The net income raised in 2020 has increased by 33% despite the current covid-19 pandemicI instigated Brooke’s Christmas Carol Service which raises over £30k annually and provides superb opportunities for stewardshipI managed the first ever series of Brooke supporter roadshows where small teams visited 5 highly populated Brooke supporter areas to update supporters about the importance and impact of their support; all events were at capacity;Always keen to innovate, I invested in contactless machines to boost income at events – the donkey 'pat and taps' proved very popular.
