BP Maximo ERP system, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPointBP/ASCO Procurement, expediting, materials control and inventory.Review BP asset MC’s requests for materials to ensure that the correct materials are ready for operational needs.To check availability of stock within the BP Maximo, share point and ASCO/BP MS systems.Liaise with BP to obtain or check technical or commercial information as dictated by the demand requisition, goods inwards and material control.Provide cover for all team members when required. Perform analysis, procurement and management of stock material through cycle counts and reports.Maintain a relationship with BP’s materials management and resolve all technical and system issues.Work closely with BP’s, MM, on/offshore materials controllers, maintenance and operations colleagues to ensure the provision of the correct materials in line with operational requirements.Ensure all operations are met within the oil and gas on/offshore practices.ensuring HSE and quality are met and adhered to in accordance with HSE procedures,Reviewing, amending and creating procedures, risk assessments to ensure the safety of myself and everyone. Provide guidance, support, instruction and training to all team members to ensure the best performance from each team member with a flexible working attitude to ensure team success.Training whilst at Asco to include IOSH Managing safely and Safety representative certificates, these courses have allowed to be able provide sound safety advice and be able to advise safety recommendations or points across to management and HSEQ department to be discussed and implemented, also to have a sound voice as a point of contact or focal point for not only the team but management to the team.

Control of all project Piping and Structural materials for fabrication. Liaise with clients, inspectors, NDT specialist, coating specialist. Itemise and assembly of fabricated spools, manifolds, structures from CAD drawings, Manifesting and logisticsBanksman/slingerSafety representative
