I am a founder and Director of Muscat Tanzer Pty Ltd with over 25 years' experience in advising government, developers, principals, contractors and consultants on a broad range of major infrastructure, construction and engineering projects with expertise in front and back-end construction, commercial matters, procurement and probity.I have extensive experience in large construction and infrastructure projects involving private and public sector stakeholders and am on many government legal services for both front-end and construction disputes work, and procurement and probity services panels.My experience covers a broad range of sectors, including roads, rail, defence, energy and resources, telecommunications, commercial, industrial, residential, retail, health, tourism and education. I am experienced in advising across a number of different contracting models, including PPPs, alliances, consortiums, EPC/EPCM contracts, DBOM, BOOT, design & construct and construct-only contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, managing contractor contracts, subcontracts and consultants' appointments.I am also a long term probity practitioner in Queensland. I have advised the Commonwealth Government and regularly act for local government clients as probity adviser and probity auditor in relation to significant infrastructure and other major development projects.
