Conduct initial field survey and scope, as required. Work with Citizens Bank remedial vendor on complete survey of site and work with Branch and vendor staff for corrective work as recommended to correct the EH&S issue.• Work closely with the JLL project team on released CAPEX projects for Citizens Bank. Meet with vendors at sites and attend meetings, as requested to discuss scopes and procedures.

• Facilities Manager for 90% of the Connecticut portfolio in the Tri-State Region for RBS Citizens.• Manager and Proprietor of the Kaba Master Key System for the entire Connecticut portfolio for RBS Citizens.• Project Manager for Asset Preservation and Branch Improvement CAPEX projects, which RBS Citizens releases in the region.• Monitor the Cass system for all utility invoicing for the Tri-State region.• Coordinate and process any IMACD sub-cases that are assigned for moves, wiring requests, etc.• Assist vendors that service sites in the region on a contractual agreement with RBS Contract Management; which include: cleaners, landscaping, snow removal, trash haulers, Diebold, Tyco, Simplex/Grinnell, etc.• Monitor the work orders in 360 Facility on a daily basis. • Approve and verify invoices in the 360 Facility work order system.• Conduct semi-annual inspections of required sites in region.• Order furniture for Branches and Offices for replacement of old.• Monitor and update the Emergency Evacuation procedures for each site (required by RBS policy).
