Paul Naylor has over 35 years’ experience in the aviation industry. He joins Aergo from Bristol Associates, where he spent 20 years as Managing Director (Europe). Whilst at Bristol, Paul was involved in the remarketing of off lease and on lease aircraft including the origination of remarketing and aircraft acquisition assignments. Dealing with an array of clients including banks, airlines and leasing companies, Paul successfully originated/ placed more than 120 aircraft over his tenure with Bristol. Prior to Bristol, Paul was VP Marketing Europe for American Express Bank. At AmEx, Paul was responsible for originating and managing $1.5 billion of aviation loans and leases on the bank’s books. Paul started his career in aviation at Sumitomo Trust, where pioneered the banks foray into aviation lending resulting in a $500mil aviation loan book. Sumitomo Trust later went on to create Boullion Aviation. In his previous roles Paul was also at JP Morgan and United Technologies. Paul Holds a Bsc in Business and Finance from University of Florida and an Diploma in International Business from Nyenrode Business Universiteit, Netherlands. Paul grew up in Venezuela and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
