Negotiated agreements for feedstock supply, developed capital and operating costs estimates, and prepared materials for presentation to Board of Directors. • Initiated a debottlenecking project to increase throughput at an NGL extraction plant by 50% through added compression. Successfully negotiated arrangements with pipeline operator to maximize plant owner revenue potential and producer netbacks.• Reached agreement with a SAGD project operator to build a new natural gas supply pipeline.• Prepared numerous development and purchase proposals for midstream assets including gas processing plants, fractionators, pipelines and terminals. Led due diligence and evaluation efforts for several acquisition initiatives.

• Negotiated the Harmattan Co-Stream arrangements for processing 250 MMcf per day of pipeline gas for NGL extraction. • Successfully expanded the Harmattan fractionation plant by 10,000 barrels per day to increase custom fractionation capacity.• Managed the commercial aspects of the acid gas injection project at the Turin gas plant, including sale of CO2 credits to an outside buyer.• Implemented rationalization of the Turin area, resulting in shutdown of a neighbouring plant, resulting in operating cost and fuel gas savings.• Implemented numerous compressor additions and gathering line extensions.

• Developed fracturing fluid (frac oil) opportunity, including feedstock acquisition, product development, plant modifications, testing, promotion and sales. • Developed an NGL injection project, enabling propane and butane sales into the Alliance Pipeline to improve producer netbacks. • Negotiated facility rationalization, resulting in shutdown of a processing facility to achieve significant operating cost savings. Provided all economic evaluations.

• Responsible for ongoing capacity management and marketing for two gas processing plants.• Initiated the expansion of the Gordondale natural gas processing facilities to increase throughput and revenue by a factor of four. Successfully negotiated the shutdown of a competing plant with diversion of gas to Gordondale.• Purchased additional 40 percent working interest in the Cutbank plant to provide TransCanada with control and flexibility in exploiting area opportunities.
