With more than 30 years of extensive experience in the staffing and HR solutions industry under his belt, Paul is highly regarded as a veteran and pioneer in the development of HR solutions in the Asia Pacific region.Paul founded P-SERV, an agency specialising in providing HR consultancy and payroll services in 1990. Under his leadership, P-SERV was able to establish itself as a leading payroll and HR consultancy brand in Singapore in no time and has been a profitable business since its inception.Recognising the huge potential in China, Paul took the P-SERV brand into Shanghai in 2002. In 2007, P-SERV was acquired by US-listed workforce solutions company, Kelly Services Inc. In 2012, Paul rekindled his entrepreneurial fire and started APBA Pte Ltd, a regional HR services consultancy with direct investments in HR solution companies in Asia Pacific. In 2018, Paul restructured APBA into TG Human Resource Services. Paul is the founder of TG Group, helping organisations to maximise their strengths and achieve their full potential through strategic workforce and organisational development.He was inducted into Recruitment International’s Hall of Fame in 2016 for his significant contributions to the HR industry in Asia.In 2020, FSG 上海外服 invested in TG. TG is now renamed as FSG TG Human Resource Services.Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons, 1988) from the National University of Singapore.
