A highly motivated, experienced property and asset manager with over 20 years post RICS qualification experience in the commercial real estate sector in both UK and Europe. Initially working across all sectors it was my retail experience that led to Nuveen Real Estate (formerly Henderson Global Investors) and Head of European Retail Asset Management from 2010 to 2019. During that time I worked on a broad range of over thirty assets right across Europe, before finally returning to UK PM and AM in 2019 to concentrate on one of the most high profile mixed use retail led developments in the UK - St James Quarter, Edinburgh.In June 2023 I joined The Crown Estate’s management team, then embedded in JLL, to manage the Central London Estate, an iconic portfolio comprising Regent Street and St James’s. More recently in July 2024 and after months of planning the team transferred directly to The Crown as part of an initiative to transform the management approach and get closer to our customer.
