As a member of the Senior Management Team, I am responsible for ensuring accurate and timely monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis required by management of the WDS (Warehouse & Distribution Solutions) UK division. As FC I am responsible for ensuring adequate controls are in place across the organisation in the UK. Due to the global presence of Swisslog, management of currency exposure is a key part of the role, along with overall cash managment. The role includes the production of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.During 2013 I took on the role of UK role out manager for the SAP implementation. Following a successful implementation in the UK I have provided assistance in other implementations in Europe and APAC. At the request of the SAP core teem I have taken on the role of super key user for FICO and PS modules.Since 1 Jan 2012, following the transfer of the HCS (Healthcare Solutions) division, I have transferred the HCS financial information from Sage to the package used by WDS. As part of the transfer I have had to ensure that the HCS business conforms to the same controls used by WDS and educate the management of HCS regarding the changes in procedures.During 2010-11 I took interim responsibility for the HR department following the departure of the HR Manager. As part of this I reviewed the company car and travel management policy.
