Paul has supported litigators in and out of the courtroom for more than 20 years; his experience and creativity aid clients in analyzing their cases and sparking their ideas. Paul has been involved in a diverse array of litigation matters, including multi-billion-dollar bankruptcy hearings, antitrust, intellectual property, complex commercial, catastrophic injuries in product liability and medical malpractice claims, and contract, construction, and employment disputes.Paul is a former partner of Precise, Inc., whose trial division joined IMS in 2021. He has sat in the hot seat in more than 150 trials; in doing so, he gleaned the perceptions and reactions from juries on a nationwide scale. Furthermore, he has provided jury consulting services in 100+ cases, helping clients to analyze, evaluate, and devise their themes and strategies through jury research exercises. Paul has shared his expertise on topics concerning trial technology, demonstrative evidence, and case strategy in a variety of CLE classes, seminars, and educational programs in partnership with the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly PATLA), the Maryland Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Delaware County Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association, Estrin Legal Education Seminars, and Paralegal Conferences, among others.Paul received a BS in physics from Allegheny College and a BS in electrical engineering from Columbia University. He lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for nearly two decades but now calls the Adirondack Mountains his home.
