Responsible for Quality Assurance focussed on E2E touchless quality and digitisation

Global responsibility for our Personal Health Care business. Focussed on integrating the legacy Merck consumer health business into the P&G quality systems. Scope included our 8 P&G manufacturing sites, countless contract manufacturers and multiple market operations across the globe. Products included drug products, injectables, food supplements as well as OTC products.

Global responsibility for Fabric and Home Care Quality Assurance. This included our 37 manufacturing sites, circa 120 contract manufacturers and several hundred material suppliers. Touchless quality, E2E synchronisation, digitisation and parametric control were the focus areas. Significant progress, especially in the area of parametric control allow significant improvements in consumer delight which in turn enabled top and bottom line improvements.
