About Paul O'Brien

As a former Head of Building Surveying for a large multi-national property services consultancy, managing a team of property professionals. Our operating model was one of delivering as multi-disciplined practice, a diverse range of building surveying and property related services across a diverse portfolio for both the both public and private sector. With over 15 years in a senior management role in ensuring we delivered efficient, commercially viable and highly professional services to the marketplace. Having diversified and spent over 8 years in successfully helping a small construction company develop access to a range of public sector opportunities and grow its business reach I have now returned back into consultancy work.I look to apply the benefit, experience, knowledge and practices that these unique operating arena's have, entirely to benefit of our customers.
