Oxford to Lima! In 2014 I took the decision to leave the UK and move to Peru for personal reasons. It was a great decision. My previous company supported my transition and I was able to grow within the company and continue to feel challenged. Today, I am based in Lima, Peru. I am analytical, versatile, proactive person, specializing in ORACLE systems. I have a great eye for detail and ability to find solutions. I love working both individually and with a team.In my previous role I was largely focused on absence module planning, compensation modules, reporting and payroll data flow. I support all aspects of ORACLE and continuous improvement in order to help the company leverage its HR system.
