I have also been rigorously trained in lean process methodologies. I have used this training to successfully lead large teams to success through process changes, empowerment, and training. I have a proven track record of safety while increasing efficiency, employee engagement, and improving overall business performance in every function within the distribution center. I bring a high level of energy, knowledge, and trust to my team, which allows me to improve safety, morale, and performance in highly competitive, metric driven environments. I always strive to be a servant leader, and take great pride in the growth and development of my team as we grow to provide best in class customer service.
