In this organization my duties is to serve 5 companies under this group. I am responsible to support the management for all the human resource related to the business.1. Processing the deployment of new employees overseas.2. Updating the official manpower and provide a standard list of employees.3. Coordinating with the Camp Boss regarding to the newly hired employees.4. Facilitating the HR Shared services to the 5 holding companies. 5. Ticket booking of employees will go vacation, processing the final pay for the resigned/terminated employees.6. Recruitment process for the 5 companies. (Accountants, Human Resource Personnel, Engineers, Architects, IT, CCTV Technicians, non – skilled and Skilled workers)7. Coordinating with our PRO regarding to the government transactions (visa, passport renewals, verification of documents etc.)8. Reviewing and processing the salary of staff and non – skilled workers on the site.9. Reviewing and issuing memorandum for employees.

I am responsible for the identification, diagnosis and resolution of HR/related issues inside the hospital, calling on appropriate resource to provide resolution. I work as a business partner to management, giving assistance and advice about HR issues and also, participate in the development and implementation of human resource plans and programs to support business objectives and increase employee motivation, Key areas :1. Recruitment, selection and retention of talented employees and trainees ;2. Updating international recruitment systems;3. Hiring and compensation ;4. Labor relations ;5. Visa processing and passport updating for employees;6. Employee benefits and administration;7. HR administrative task ;8. Event and training organizing;9. My main responsibility updating the salary scheme, visa/passport updating for the liaison officer, restaurant business review, assessing the management and front line staffs. Filing, organizing and updating the employees paper. Implementing the company policies and procedures. 1. Work with key line managers in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures for KFC Brand in Kuwait.2. Together with the Manager of restaurants (KFC Brand), drive the HR agenda and implement key actions as agreed.3. Provide HR support to the business, including documentation and approval process.4.
