 Prepare Electrical drawings and load list, technical data, design guidelines and specification sheets Designing the complete Electrical system with HVAC CONTROLLERS, Control Panel Designing, designing controller Graphics, configuring the system, creating & managing controller interfaces with various 3rd party devices. Selection of Electrical components based on the requirements of customized units. Prepare Electrical BOM and sequence of operation for customized units. Design the complete Electrical system of Air conditioning Units through Contract Review Form which are requested from sales based on the customer specifications. Process the work order which includes checking the customer specifications based on the CRFs, designing the wiring diagram, maintaining the Electrical BOM, Coordinate with Order Processing Team for technical clarifications, approvals and Work Order issues. Prepare installation, operation and maintenance manuals for all the executed projects with help of mechanical team. Testing of the project, FAT, SAT & Commissioning activities. Coordinate with QHSE department to arrange the ATEX & IECEx certification for Explosion Proof units. Coordinate with procurement department to find vendors for the special components. Provide technical support for Sales and After sales.
