As an experienced senior manager I thrive in social working environments and love the pay off of solving problems both collaboratively and directly. I enjoy working with people and identifying skills that will assist both the business and me in achieving goals. I am passionate about growing relationships at work and utilising this skill to develop and make me more effective. My last two roles have allowed me to develop strong working relationships with clients. Through this I always try to facilitate easier working processes that remove unnecessary actions.One of my characteristics that other people have highlighted in the past is my focus and commitment to following through on a task. I’m passionate about the things that I believe in and use this approach in a work environment, ensuring that I finish projects and apply myself fully to each challenge. I am driven by variety within my job role and enjoy autonomous roles that bring me in to contact with people. I enjoy driving performance and finding solutions to issues that hold up progress. I have always found it easy to find common ground with people and get buy in and thrive in environments that are free thinking and target focussed. My last four roles have seen me working in Field Marketing which has been enjoyable due to the diversity of the work. I like to be challenged and push myself to over achieve as I gain satisfaction from recognition and proving my skill set to others.
