He currently serves as an Executive officer of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents as Chief Information Officer, and is heavily involved in industry standards and is an Ambassador for the industry through AUGIE (Associations & User Groups Information Exchange) as well as ACT (Agents Council for Technology) which he serves on the Steering committee. He writes technology topics for many industry publications, and also publicly speaks at numerous industry events. Paul not only oversees the technology of FAIA, he also assists their members with technology-related issues including but not limited to E-commerce, agency management systems, standards, disaster planning/recovery, and security.Paul has knowledge of two sides of this complex industry.
