I have over 20 years business experience, working across distribution, manufacturing, retail, financial services and, most proudly, as part of the pandemic response for the UK. Operations is an area in which I thrive and enjoy, with a degree of data analysis and interpretation. The challenge of running incident response for Test and Trace has developed further leadership skills and taught me that with the right expertise, solutions can be found.A positive culture is at the heart of all good organisations.
