Responsible with the creation of 3D renders for Amazon Devices (Fire TV, Alexa-Enabled, companion and emerging devices) and marketing material for the Amazon landing page. Leading a 5 people team through the production and approval process, assuring technical and visual conformity.Responsibilities:-working with project managers, art directors and senior 3D artists to ensure on-time delivery and high standards. Delegating tasks and priorities in conformity to schedule and requirements. Creating SOPs and training materials.- training and mentoring newcomers and people who want to expand their skillset.- establishing long and short term team goals- negotiating deadlines and workloads based on team capacity and skillset- creating, delivering and proofing new design solutions to potential clients- creating product render line-ups consistent with style frames and visual references- creating materials and lighting rigs for render production- piloting new project and work procedures, establishinging new workflows for emerging projects- assessing and prioritizing tasks, flagging actions that could negatively impact productivity- updating stakeholders and managers about project progress or blockers- creating templates, automations and work procedures that reduce time and increase efficiency- maintaining quality and production control of the delivered 3D and 2D Assets- presenting the team’s portfolio, bandwidth and expertise to potential business partners- participating in and overseeing post mortems and debriefs- reporting project data and results to management- extracting and reporting performance indicators to management- maintaining critical hardware infrastructure

Responsible with: -re-topology, hard surface and organic modeling, texture and material creation, rendering, lighting and compositing in conformity with art direction, guidelines and SOPs.- providing 3D assets and renders of Amazon Devices (Fire TV, Alexa-Enabled, companion and emerging).

Creating adds, graphics and visual assets for campaigns for online use on Amazon UK, DE, ES and IT in compliance with Amazon style guides. Collaborating with site merchandisers and design leads to find the optimal design solutions.

Responsible with developing 3D game environments and props based on sketches and art direction. Optimizing assets for in-game use. Prototyping concepts and proofing assets in-engine.
