I am a litigator. I focus primarily on labor and employment but also represent consumers and small businesses in a variety of matters.

Attorney focused on class action litigation, including antitrust, securities, consumer rights, investor rights, and employment litigation.

Investigated employee complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other employment related issues arising under Title VII, FEHA, ADA, and other applicable laws and policies that protect employee rights. Advised and made recommendations to CCSF DPH to resolve employee complaints regarding violations of law and policy. Assisted with the interactive process to ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodations to remove barriers to equal access in the workplace.

Assisted with trial preparation in a matter involving employee misclassification and wage and hour claims.

As a bridge fellow and then volunteer, I attended unemployment insurance appeals hearings, drafted legal advisory memoranda, provided advice to clients with employment issues, including those with FMLA, FEHA, and DFEH questions.

Assisted with plaintiffs’ employment discrimination and harassment matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation. Interviewed clients and witnesses to develop facts and case theory.
