Within this role I lead a team of 4 staff in making sure they carry out there duties effectively and efficently as per company policy. I also keep in line targets and goals which are to be made on a day to day basis and continually strive to make sure that these are reached. I also deal with customers complaints and at the same time continue to offer exceptional customer service. Other duties include cash handling, delievery, planogram management and stock ordering. All in all making sure the store and staff are kept in line, running an effective service benefiting superdrung, their customers, their staff and further myself. Show less
