• Managing a team of consultants, providing advice and support on the management of our clients and supporting the allocation of contracted and non-contract business;• Responsible for contract renewal of my allocated portfolio of clients and providing assistance to other team members with the renewal of their contracted clients to a total value of approximately £1.1 million per annum;• Actively assisting the Business Development Director with new business opportunities, sales leads, pitches to new clients and contract negotiations;• Managing the health and safety of 20 plus clients, acting as their competent advisor, establishing health and safety management systems to ensure regulatory compliance and promoting good practice in all aspects of health and safety;• Acting as Lead Consultant for a number of key accounts including MHA Care Group, West Brom and Making Space, with a total contract value in excess of £300k.• Undertaking health and safety risk assessments and audits, fire risk assessments, water hygiene risk assessment, chairing health and safety committee meetings, overseeing accident investigation, liaising with the enforcing authorities, providing competent advice on health and safety matters etc.;• Carrying out fire risk assessments, fire audits, fire policy and procedure reviews, evacuation assessments, developing fire plans/procedures, fire drawings, fire drills, expert advice and support etc.• Direct experience of conducting strategic reviews and development of health and safety policies, procedures and systems within small, medium and large organisations;• Proactively involved in the preparation and delivery of a wide variety of health and safety training courses for example risk assessment, Legionella awareness, fire warden, fire safety in care homes, fire risk assessment, manual handling, working at height, DSE assessor, asbestos awareness, maintenance worker, stress management etc.
