I have managed a team of consultants working for a large care home provider and operate closely with senior management on problem solving, liaison with enforcement authorities, enhancing the existing safety management systems, training and competency. I have a passion for fire safety and fire risk management, including acting as the FRACS Lead Fire Risk Assessor for business operations.I have a strong ability to work closely with all levels of the workforce using my confidence, communication skills, enthusiasm and balanced approach to achieve improved health and safety standards in a dynamic and effective manner.
