Assignment managed 6 analysts across multiple locations, and acted as deputy to the Programme Manager. Project reporting, financial planning and risk and issue management key to the success of the project which involved implementing changes to over 10 platforms, 3 of which were customer facing channels.

Integrating technical platforms and operating model across FIs to RBS. Building sound business relationships with key bank FI clients was key to this role, as well as the traditional project manager reporting, end to end planning, risk and issue management. Responsible for project budget of c £2m pa delivering income generation benefits of £1m pa.

Successfully led 2 analysts through requirements definition, testing and implementation phases resulting in operational resource savings of £350k pa.
