I started out my professional career as a server/janitor/cattle pusher in HS. Spent a year at a traditional 4 year college doing Business Management classes and working as a bouncer /bar back, was involved in a near fatal car accident and lost my athletic scholarships. When I was able to walk again I went back to food and attended Automotive Technology classes at Del Mar College.I completed 4.5 years while working for Jack In The Box at night and dabbling with constructionjobs in between sessions. Once completed I realized that Mechanics was more of a hobby for me, one that I enjoyed immensely therefore I took my time, made sure everything wasw perfect, usually taking longer than shop owners liked on customers' vehicles. I ended up only working in that industry for 3 years. Spent a little time as a shop tech for a few oilfield and industrial companies; i.e. Jet Fabrication, Koch Refining, Weatherford, N.O.V., A.P.T. to name a few. I jumped back into residential and commercial remodeling, spent a little time as an auto parts desk jockey, then did some directional boring, back to construction/landscaping and most recently I have been working in the IT field as a Field Services Network Engineer and am taking a break on my cyber security degree so I can stabilize my family.
