Over night we tripled our production, We started finishing so fast that we were getting off early every day, so it was ALSO my idea to keep half the crew back alternating weeks just until regular closing time. That crews duty was to prepackage the following days components, again doubling our production. Then we made it a competiton and really ramped up production. When I started Jet was a single building. My stay there was shortened by a sudden family crisis that took me out of town far enough tobe out of commute range, no two weeks notice, no rehire.
