Also aided in the updating and revisment of Lesson Plans and Doctrine of particular anti-armor weapons to include the M41 ITAS 120mm wired guided missile.Accomplishments while assigned with 2-29 was Honor Graduate of the Instructor Training Course, Instructor of the Quarter, and Instructor of the Year.

Fort Campbell, Ky 101St Airborne

In charge of a 14 man Protective Services Detachment Platoon (PSD) tasked with guarding the Battalion Command Team in support of combat operations, supervised the health, welfare, morale, training, discipline, physical conditioning, and professional development of the entire platoon; ensured the combat readiness of a platoon capable of worldwide deployment in 36 hours notice; responsible for the maintenance and accountability of all weapons, vehicles, and equipment organic to the platoon worth in excess of $3,000,000.Accomplishments while assigned to the 101st was being inducted into the prestegious Audie Murphy Club and recieving A Bronze Star for actions in Iraq in 2004. Deployments included Humanitarian Aid to the Bitterroot National Forest in Montana (August to October 2000); Invasion into Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom (January 2003 to February 2004)

Indiana Army National Guard

Section leader of a light infantry section; prepared section to deploy to tactical environments; responsible for the individuals and their collective training; accountability and maintenance of all assigned equipment; ensured the combat readiness of the section to accomplish the platoons mission; supervised the health and welfare of six section members and their families and equipment in excess of $500,000 dollars.

Team leader in a Light Infantry Company; responsible for the welfare, fitness, morale and discipline of a four man Team; responsible for the individual training and maintenance of equipment; primary instructor and advisor in the matters of tactics, personnel management and junior leader development; directed Team's tactical employment during offensive and defensive operations; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of all assigned MTO&E equipment worth in excess of $30,000. Conducted both Airborne and Air Assault operations. Deployments included Bosnia and Herzegovina (December 1995 to February 1996); Liberia (April 1996 to June 1996)

Performed primary duties as gunner and secondary duties as Tank Commander. Also supervised subordinate personnel in performance of these duties. Prepared sketch and range cards to higher command for operational planning. Operated main gun controls and gave firing commands during engagements. Went into the military under the split op program during High School. Got to learn basic Infantry Skills and weapons prior to graduation in 1990. Shortly after graduation returned to Fort Benning for my Advanced Infantry Training. Shortly after I switched from part time to full time to begin my career in the military. Accomplishments while with the National Guard prior to going full time was being selected as enlisted member of the year.
