• Review hourly and salary Bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees in 19 states for accuracy.• Manage administration of all employee benefit plans, including enrollments, billing and vendor management• Prepare reports for management as needed• Manage and maintain HR/Benefits and Payroll database ensuring data integrity• Process Canadian payroll• Create and maintain salary / vacation accrual spreadsheet for monthly reporting • Prepares data and handles Non-Discrimination testing for all benefit plans• Manage internal and external audits• Work with Finance department to reconcile payroll general ledger accounts• Migration of ADP Workforce now V2.0 to V11
