Working for a market leader in specialist contract bottling.in a state of the art filling facility I am responsible for the day to day management of beer/wine production lines producing 18,000 bottles per hour of wine and 55,000 bottles of beer per hour during production i am responsible for the managemnt of 8 operators who are individualy responsible for seperate machinery including ,depalletiser, filler, labeler,packer, palletiser lines.responsible for the administration and paperwork for each seperate machine.Deal directly with the custom and excise ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed to the required standard.My role also includes liaising with the process department and or Laboratory with issues such as the alcohol content not being the correct percentage.Working on a shift pattern I am responsible for ensuring a full and detailed handover at the start and finish of each shift to the incoming manager.Liaising with the Quality department and completing all of the neccessary paperwork needed to be compliant on a daily basis.Enforcing full health and safety with employees at all times to complie with company standard.

Day to day running of the centre includes dealing with retail customers cash handling including responsibile for banking.Stock deliveries stock ordering.All staff and customer issues,customer serviceiIncluding any issues or complaints that arise.VOSA compliance. Health and Safety in the work place for both staff and employees. Dealing with suppliers both over the phone and face to face.

Responsible for developing, supporting a team of centre managers, ensuring the achievement of results and delivery of objectives with additional responsibility for P&L, business development and management training within the business.Managing all operational activities within a number of business centres, meeting targets and motivating staff to deliver high standards and performance and team work.Utilising advanced business acumen across budgeting, performance management, recruitment & retention, cost control, Health & Safety, customer service and general operational issues.responsible for the training, development and caching of Centre Managers.Undertaking sole responsibility for the financial performance of all centres within the area.Conducting regular meetings and presentations for managers on centre progress.Implementing new approach to the business/industry to enhance performance.liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels, developing excellent working relationships.
