For over 20 years, I have been leading and managing high-risk and high-value contract kitchen projects at Nobilia Projects GB, a company that specializes in providing bespoke kitchen solutions for residential and commercial developers. My role involves overseeing the external operations team, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of projects, and maintaining a 5-star service standard for our clients.I have extensive experience in pre-starting new projects, negotiating and finalizing contractual paperwork, and meeting with developers on-site and at head office. I also have a passion for training and development, and have written and delivered training courses for new starters and installers.
