Responsible for the development and implementation of global business model within 10 AsiaPac country's designed to grow the third party supplier inspection, expediting, and project management services through effective strategic planning and synergies.Generate new business from international, regional and country customers specializing on the oil and gas and related industry sectors• Prepare business development, marketing and sales plans in line with the overall business development strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the company. • Support all NDE offices in their business strategy. • Prepare quotations, pre-qualifications and tenders Ensure the company’s marketing strategies are consistent with the defined vision and mission for its current operations and for future development and are being adhered to. • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of budgets, policies, and business plans. • Empower employees to take responsibility for meeting set objectives and KPIs. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
