I am an experienced Paralegal in the Insurance and Reinsurance Group, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. I am currently studying LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) at the University of Law, with a view to qualifying in 2024. I have successfully completed the SQE (SQE1: FLK1 72%, FLK2 68%, SQE2: 72%).Since joining CMS I have been involved in a broad spectrum of work with a particular focus on high value occupational respiratory disease claims and clinical negligence work. I am responsible for a caseload of respiratory disease, dental/medical negligence claims and claims involving litigants in person. I have acted for a diverse range of clients including central government departments, large self-insureds, and medical defence organisations. I also have experience of large-scale group litigation.
